Translation of Personal Documents
Translations with an Emphasis on Accuracy, Confidentiality, and Official Validity
Personal documents are often linked to key life events—studying abroad, marriage, employment, relocation, or official administrative proceedings. That is why we handle them with the utmost care, discretion, and responsibility. We provide both standard and certified (sworn) translations of all personal and identification documents required by authorities, schools, embassies, or employers in the Czech Republic and abroad.

-
Passports, National ID Cards, Driving Licenses
(translations of identification documents for visas, residence permits, insurance, etc.)
-
Criminal Record Extracts and Certificates of No Tax Arrears
(for employers, visa proceedings, public tenders, adoptions, residence permits)
-
Certificates, Confirmations, and Affidavits
(confirmations of employment, income, residence, medical status, insurance, etc.)
-
Marital Status and Personal Status Documents
(certificates of single status, proof of family ties, adoption documentation)
-

(for relocation or medical care abroad)
-
Academic Documents and Diplomas

Certified Translation (Official Translation)
For official purposes, we provide documents with a certified translation, which includes the round stamp of a court-appointed (sworn) translator. These translations are officially recognized by both Czech and international institutions—courts, ministries, embassies, or universities. Upon request, we can also arrange an apostille or superlegalization for the use of documents abroad.
How the Process Works
Submission of the Document – via email, in person, or through a secure online form.
Determining the Translation Type – we will clarify whether you need a standard or a certified translation.
Translation and Data Verification – every detail (dates, numbers, names, stamps) is translated exactly according to the original.
Formatting and Official Binding Check – the translation is physically bound with the original document or a notarized copy.
Delivery of the Translation – in person, via courier, or electronically (in the case of standard, non-certified translations).
