It is in the best interest of the Controller to maintain your trust by keeping your personal data completely secure and being transparent about how we handle it. Contact Details – we obtain these details primarily from your inquiries sent via the inquiry form on our website www.profiprekladatel.cz/cs/poptavka/, as well as via the email address info@profiprekladatel.cz, or the telephone numbers +420 720 221 398 or +420 242 441 830. Contact details refer in particular to name, company name, email address, and telephone contact.

Uploaded Files – which, for the purposes of this policy, mean data that you provide to Profipřekladatel as the controller so that we can process your inquiry and offer you an appropriate price quote. We receive this data via the encrypted inquiry form on our website www.profiprekladatel.cz/cs/poptavka/, via email, through personal delivery at our branch at Plzeňská 172 C, 155 00 Prague 5, or via a postal service provider.
Article III
How Do We Use the Information?

In connection with creating a quote for the services we provide, we collect the data specified in Article II.

The data you provide in the inquiry form, or by telephone, email, or in person, is archived by the Controller only to the extent strictly necessary and is regularly backed up to secure storage which is the personal property of the Controller.

The data collected pursuant to Article I is not made accessible to third parties in any way.

We continue to retain the data on the basis of our legitimate interest for the purpose of protecting legal claims and for our internal record-keeping and auditing, for the duration of the statute of limitations, which is three years, plus one year after its expiry, with regard to claims asserted at the end of the statute of limitations.

In the event of the initiation of administrative, judicial, or other proceedings, we process your personal data to the necessary extent for the entire duration of such proceedings and for the remainder of the statute of limitations after their termination.

For these purposes, it is our legal obligation to use personal data for the purposes of individual legal regulations within the prescribed time limits.
